Terms of use

All visualisations as well as other depictions and text descriptions in all presentation material of the MOSAIQ Beroun development project may, in addition to the standard design, also depict or contain possible client modifications, and are therefore for illustrative purposes only. All depictions and description of the project or any of its parts, along with any provided information concerning the project, are not an offer for concluding any legal agreement, nor a commitment to conclude such an agreement. The final appearance of both exteriors and interiors and the description of the entire project as well as any of its parts, materials and products used can differ from the depictions and descriptions in the presentation materials and on the websites concerning the project. The final form can be gradually refined or modified as part of contractual documentation concluded with interested parties.

In case of any dispute with consumers, the subject of the extra-judicial solution of consumer disputes shall be the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, or some other entity delegated by the Ministry of Industry and Trade by procedure according to the Consumer Protection Act.
