The company GO4HOME Holding a.s. with the headquarters at Rybná 682/14, 110 00 Praha 1, Company ID: 17095867 (hereinafter referred to as “Controller”), hereby informs all natural persons who, directly or indirectly, contacted the Controller, or in any way entered into talks with the Controller in order to declare interest in information about the company and the real estate presented on this website (hereinafter referred to as “Persons”) that the Controller processes personal information provided by the Persons, namely for the purpose of presentation of the above development project on this website, which is the Controller’s legitimate interest, and further for the purpose of arranging, concluding, and fulfilling the necessary legal actions leading to business dealings. Information concerning storing and processing of cookies, including information about their settings, is available in a separate bar located at the bottom of the website, or alternatively at http://www.youronlinechoices.com/cz/. In case you have agreed to receive business communication, the Controller also processes your contact data for marketing purposes, in particular to send business communication on residential projects of the company, including offers for purchase and rent of real estate within the projects of the company.
For the above purposes, the Controller may also transfer the Personal Data of Persons to third parties cooperating with the Controller in connection with the sale or lease of the real estate in question, i.e., with a real estate agent (broker), legal, accounting or tax advisors, the operator of this website and the entity that handles the implementation of client changes to the real estate offered. The Administrator is also entitled to pass on the identification and contact details of the owners or tenants of the transferred immovable property to the future unit owners’ association. The Persons whose personal data is processed are entitled to all the rights provided for the protection of personal data under the applicable and effective legislation.
